libxgks2t64 installs a dangling symbolic link
/usr/lib/<triplet>/libxgks-flang.so.2. Note that ldconfig removes this
link via the dpkg trigger. As a result dpkg --verify can look like this:

missing     /usr/lib/<triplet>/libxgks-flang.so.2

Should the underlying library be included or should the link be
discarded?
