according to LICENSE, the copyright holder of this software is HiGHS and not the individual authors.
Please also mention ERGO-Code and the Catch2 Authors as copyright holders for their files.

According to the fileheader of HiGHS-1.9.0/extern/catch.hpp this file is merged from different sources.
Please provide those sources and instructions on how to create that file.
