Actually we really ought to look into doing some more un-vendoring in yosys
in general.

We could have gtkwave expose fst as a proper library. It's in
electronics-team too so I doubt this would be controvertial.

The usual downsides apply: upstream could be using an old version meaning
new bugs might fall out for us. Not sure it's worth it.
