Bug#1101019: virtuoso-opensource: Please drop ckeditor3

Dear Maintainer,

ckeditor3 is currently an old version that was introduced specifically
for (and maintained by) the Debian Horde Team. It is currently EOL'd
upstream and it is not possible to fix security issues (CVEs).

Work is currently in progress to migrate to ckeditor[v4] for
php-horde-*, after which we'd like to drop (RM) ckeditor3 from the
archive. See https://bugs.debian.org/1042715

ckeditor3 is currently referenced in the Build-Depends of
virtuoso-opensource, though not in actual dependencies. I'm not sure
to which extent it is embedded in the virtuoso binary packages.

Please drop references to 'ckeditor3' and use 'ckeditor' instead :)
