Please unblock package getdp

[ Reason ]
I forgot about this upload that happened already a while ago.
There must have been some issues with it's dependencies.
(Explain what the reason for the unblock request is.)

[ Impact ]
An automated "fails to migrate to testing for too long" was opened
and cluter task lists. That defeats the very purposeof this upload
that was to unclutter https://udd.debian.org/cgi-bin/autoremovals.cgi.

[ Tests ]
Nothing to test, only metadata.

[ Risks ]
Minimal metadata tweaks.
