Hi Roland,

the file header contains the following sentence:

In agreement with the Intergovernmental Convention of the ILL, this software cannot be used in military applications.

First, this is nonsense as nothing hinders anybody to use this software in military applications.
Anyway, as the license of this software shall be LGPL-3+, additional restrictions are not allowed and this clause is void.
Can you please ask upstream whether they are aware of this? Please add their comment to your debian/copyright.
