Bug#1116719: cctbx: FTBFS with the nocheck build profile

Hi.

I was going to make a team upload to fix this one, but then I found
there was a new upstream from you in salsa waiting to be uploaded, some day:

   * New upstream version 2025.2+ds2+~3.23.0+ds1

Because it is a library, I guess this would trigger a transition and
we have to be careful. I did "build-rdeps libcctbx-dev" and this is
what I found:

dials
libobjcryst
objcryst-fox

Has anyone checked if the new package breaks any of those three packages?

Would you be willing to upload this new version as +ds1-1~exp1 or alike
to experimental as a first step?
