Dear Maintainer,

I'm one of the upstream developers of cppTango, which is the source for
the libtango10 package.

We recently released two patch versions [1, 2] of cppTango. These
versions fix a severe bug [3]. The bug breaks event based communication
between major versions, e.g. libtango9 from oldstable/old-oldstable can
not receive events anymore from libtango10 from trixie/bookworm-
backports. No issue with pure libtango10 systems but these are rare in
practice.

We therefore kindly request to update the package in trixie/bookworm-
backports to 10.0.3 which has the minimal fix.
