Actually, I removed the README.txt from the install set, but turns out
it is needed by the test suite. This is reverted in Salsa already [1], I
just did not bother to make an additional upload to experimental yet.
Speaking of uploads, I'm considering to wait with the upload to unstable
until you upload scipy, but I can pretty much do it any time now (and
bump the five related bugs in reverse dependencies to serious).
Thoughts?
