So this is really neither "bug in dh-fortran-mod" nor "bug in individual packages"
but more like a mix of the two things.

To simplify, I suggest to keep this bug open until all packages in the affects
may be built again in unstable.

(The alternative would be to clone this bug several times or report
several new bugs, which imo would be pointless if you plan to fix the
individual packages soon enough).
