Dear Maintainer,

Sundials 7.1.1+dfsg1-10 fails to build on hppa.  See:
https://buildd.debian.org/status/logs.php?pkg=sundials&arch=hppa

Please add hppa to the SKIP_TEST_ARCH_LIST in debian/rules.  For example,
SKIP_TEST_ARCH_LIST = hppa s390x powerpc ppc64 sparc64

With this change, sundials builds on hppa.
