In case of SSTConfig.h the difference between e.g. amd64 and ppc64el is
whether SST_HAVE_UCX is defined. It is on amd64, but is not on ppc64el.
arm64 looks the same as amd64. s390x looks the same as ppc64el.

You can easily check yourself by downloading the .debs from the mirror,
extracting them using dpkg-deb -x and then comparing the files with your
favourite diffing tool.
