   * Standards-Version: 4.7.4; drop Priority and Rules-Requires-Root fields
   * Revert to PyQt5; the package tests currently fail with PyQt6, and
     upstream does not have the capacity to do the migration
   * Move all test exclusions into pytest-base
   * Try running slow tests once again; it might be that they work with
     PyQt5.
