hfst_3.17.1-2_amd64.changes REJECTED

Sounds like a bug in the queue? I uploaded hfst 3.17.1-2 shortly after
3.17.1-1, and before -1 was rejected. Did the rejection of -1 move/delete
the shared tarball?

Anyway, given that y'all want some copyright fixed, I'll prepare a -3
upload.
