Hi,

NLTK 3.10.1 introduced a security hook nltk.inisec to protect against
CWD hijacking. However it blocks legitimate imports.

In python-uvicorn, when running mkdocs build:


	INFO    -  Cleaning site directory
	INFO    -  Building documentation to directory: /build/reproducible-path/python-uvicorn-0.38.0/site
	Traceback (most recent call last):
	  File "/usr/bin/pybuild", line 34, in <module>
	    from dhpython import build, PKG_PREFIX_MAP
	ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'dhpython'

NLTK 3.10.2 rollbacked this behavior, please upgrade NLTK to 3.10.2.
