The following files /folders should be excluded from the tarball:

- Tests/UnitTests/Data/.DS_Store
- Tests/UnitTests/Data/__pycache__/data.cpython-311.pyc
- Tests/UnitTests/Data/__pycache__/__init__.cpython-311.pyc

There are also some files that are licensed LGPL-2.1+ which you missed (see "licenserecon" `lrc -l` output in notes)
and others you have as GPL-3 which are perhaps GPL-3+?

I'm also a little concerned at the 'vulture' report, but I suppose that is mostly an upstream issue.  Anyway, please
read through all of the notes against this review at https://dfsg-new-queue.debian.org/reviews/mdanse

Policy should also be updated from 4.5 to the latest version.
