opm-common ftbfs with boost 1.90, the boost_system lib is gone.

with the patch from

the build still fails, logs at
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/opm-common/2025.10+ds-2ubuntu1

adding a build dependency on libboost-all-dev fixes the build, but this 
is a big hammer.  It also might be some missing dependencies in the 
boost1.90 packaging.
