The problem with src:spglib and src:python-symfc is that they have to 
migrate together. Neither of these packages will migrate on their own as 
sid/testing mixture will fail autopkgtests due to a change in their 
APIs. This has happened before, but I cannot remember how the issue was 
solved then.
