Actually the .install parts suffice to fix this. Just saw the wrong variables and initially thought they populated .install.
So the silent(!) fix of install in https://salsa.debian.org/science-team/arrow/-/commit/ff31073ce36555568a724be8f647f82b2dd2fd17 should fix this; I just added the closes...
