I think your d/copyright needs to mention the Boost Software License https://www.boost.org/LICENSE_1_0.txt in relation to
the files in src/stx.  The d/copyright also has a number of URLs which are defunct and perhaps newer ones could be found?

Since this is a binary upload, and these are relatively minor issues, I am not rejecting it, but please consider fixing them
when you have a moment.
