ifcopenshell_0.8.1+dfsg1-1_amd64.changes REJECTED

There are some files that are Copyright Curtin University that seem to have been
missed in debian/copyright.  CME also had a few comments about the copyright file
also, so consult the review notes (or run `cme fix dpkg` yourself) for some other
less important stuff.
