Bug#1125008: libnglib-6.2t64: netgen looks for libnggui.so but package provides libnggui.so.6.2

Hi,
the issue seems to come from lines like
https://salsa.debian.org/science-team/netgen/-/blob/master/ng/ng.tcl?ref_type=heads#L5
which get translated into
load libnggui.so gui
rather than
load libnggui.so.6 gui

libnggui.so is provided by the -dev package, rather than by -6.2t64.

Not sure what the best course of action would be, whether to patch tcl by
appending .6 or to have the netgen executable depend on -dev rather than on
-6.2t64.
