Hi Santiago,
you recently reopened this bug. While upgrading to 6.2.2601 I tried with
dpkg-buildpackage ; dpkg-buildpackage -S , and both steps run ok for me. I am
not able to reproduce the failure, and I doubt that the version upgrade has
anything to do with it being fixed (or not).
