Bug#1141249: python3-bitwuzla: conflicting python3 dependencies

Hi,

A rebuilt python3-bitwuzla for against python3.14 as default interpreter
caused python3-bitwuzla to have these dependencies:

Depends: python3 (<< 3.15), python3 (>= 3.14~), python3:any (<< 3.14), python3:any (>= 3.13~), [...]

With python3 being at 3.14.6-1, that is uninstallable. The python3:any
dependencies seem to come from debian/control:

X-Python3-Version: >= 3.13, << 3.14

Perhaps that can be removed.
