This bug also affects the cmake build running ctest,
since ctest also run checktest.sh, just as make checkpar does.

Different arches generate slightly different output numbers,
and checktest.sh checks those numbers.

It's checktest.sh that's emitting the error code.

Same workaround on the failing arches building with cmake:
use "make check" for a simple test run instead of ctest.
