Bug#1141912: benchmark: Please use dh-sequence-python3 and ${python3:Depends}

Dear maintainers,

the dh_python3 target is currently not called from debian/rules because 
the build dependency dh-python has to be replaced by dh-sequence-python3 
in debian/control and ${python3:Depends} has to be used as a placeholder 
in Depends.

I have prepared a patch for your convenience.
