   * run build-time tests over all supported python versions
     - run manually in separate test dir copied to .pybuild,
       since some tests leave generated files in the working directory
       which interferes with package build
       (test_lnodes.py uses CFFI to generate .c, .so,
        test_numba.py generates poisson_numba.py)
