Dear Maintainer,
in the file "/usr/lib/tango/tango-starter-register-helper", the "Starter" device server is configured with the "tango-db" hostname.
Instead, we should use the hostname of the machine where "Starter" is installed.
I use an another method to configure Starter and I haven't managed to find the time to debug and test a new version of this script. Sorry about that.
However, this modification must work : ('${HOST}' -> '${HOSTNAME}').
