Updating Planarity to 5.0.0.0

Dear Debian Science Maintainers and Julien,

I see now that you wear many hats based on this repology:

There is a new 5.0.0.0 release of the edge-addition-planarity-suite
package:
https://github.com/graph-algorithms/edge-addition-planarity-suite/releases/tag/Version_5.0.0.0

Please could you use this new version to update Debian (14 stable, and
unstable and experimental), Raspbian (stable and testing), and Ubuntu as
well as any of deepin, Devuan, Kali, Pardus, Parrot, PureOS, and Trisquel.

Please let me know?
