Hi,
Unfortunately, I do not have access to the debichem-team git.
I am a member of the Science Maintainers, which is in the Maintainer field.
You should synchronize the Maintainer with the Vcs to prevent this from happening again.
I would just `gbp import-dsc` which you can do yourself.
