     - drop TIMEOUT from pytest-mainwindow.
       The mainwindow tests proceed now, and timeout actually prevents
       test_single_instance_and_edit_magic from completing.
     - skip test_leaks and test_outline_in_maximized_editor
       ("slow" tests that fail)
   * update debian/tests/test_ipythonconsole.py
     - skip test_run_script and test_console_disambiguation (they exit
       into background during CI test conditions)
     - skip test_breakpoint_builtin: "unexpected keyword argument 'mode'"
       with python3.14 (upstream issue#25550)
   * add new debian patches
     - pytest9_FixtureDef_no_fixturemanager.patch removes
       fixturemanager from instantiation of FixtureDef and adds
       config=request.config. These were changed in pytest 9 (pytest PR#11794).
       debian/tests pytest-rest Depends: python3-pytest (>= 9~)
     - no_ruff.patch removes python-lsp-ruff from dependency lists in
       order to not add to python3-spyder Depends (via dh_python3
       ${python3:Depends}), since ruff is currently broken (Bug#1074734).
       Leave reference in spyder/dependencies.py to provide runtime
       warning (don't hide the ruff problem).
       Skip test_dependencies_for_spyder_dialog_in_sync in debian/tests
       pytest-rest because of missing python-lsp-ruff dependency.
