Dear Maintainer,

pybind11-json-dev depends on nlohmann-json3.12-dev which conflicts with
nlohmann-json3-dev. The latter is a dependency of quite a few other packages,
which means that it's not possible to install pybind11-json-dev with any of
those.

It would be great if this package could be made to work with nlohmann-
json3-dev.
