Correct.

Another issue is the fact that deal.II is currently not compatible with
Trilinos 17.0.0 because that version dropped support for Epetra, etc.

We (as in deal.II upstream) are currently in the process of porting to
Tpetra with the goal to support Trilinos 17.0.0 by our annual release
date of May/June.
