         cmake4_PR123.patch
         fix_C23_gcc15_PR139.patch
         implicit_none_PR147_c8f5920.patch
     - update debian patch test_64bit.patch and
       scalapack-test-common.install
       since tests moved to TESTING/traditional
   * add debian/tests and drop scalapack-mpi-test, scalapack-test-common
     - build tests using debian/tests/CMakeLists.txt
       Uses cmake variables MPI_EXECUTABLE_SUFFIX and scalapack_ROOT
       to locate the required MPI implementation (.openmpi or .mpich)
     - skip complex eevr tests xcheevr and xzheevr, which take
       significantly longer time than other tests
   * update debian/watch to v5 GitHub template
     Use Uversion-Mangle: auto to catch pre-releases
   * Standards-Version: 4.7.3
