   * Reorder Files paragraphs in debian/copyright by directory depth.
   * Remove 4 redundant dependencies from weaker fields.
   * Update d/copyright with two additional cmake files.
   * The demo contact-vi-tao and the test file
     python/test/unit/nls/test_PETScTAOSolver.py, both containing
     PETSc TAO solver, segfault with PETSc 3.25.
     Temporarily skip them. See Bug: #1135557.
