   * Team upload.
   * Add patch
       cmakelists_template_same_cmake_minimum_required_version_
       as_root_cmakelists.patch
     to modify the runtime generation of CMakeLists.txt for examples.
     Upstream is overzealous and requires the example to be built with at least
     the same version of CMake that was used to build sundials. While this may
     seem reasonable upstream, in Debian it causes debci errors like
        CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:23 (cmake_minimum_required):
          CMake 4.3.2 or higher is required.  You are running version 4.3.1
     if cmake and sundials are migrating to testing at the same time.
     In the snippet above, CMake 4.3.2 is the version currently in unstable,
     which was used to build sundials, while CMake 4.3.1 is the version
     currently in testing, which should be used to test it.
     It doesn't make much sense for us to be so strict on the CMake version,
     especially considering that the root CMakeLists.txt requires version 3.18
