   * mark lib[pt]scotch*-dev as Multi-Arch: no
     scotch[f].h and ptscotch[f].h contain dummy size definitions to
     provide data alignment, which are arch-specific and generated
     during build using library.h as a template. Closes: #1133748
   * consequently drop Multi-Arch field from libscotch[par]metis*-dev
     (else would get wrong definitions from scotch.h in a
     cross-architecture installation)
   * Standards-Version: 4.7.4
