   * Since Ceph is built on only few architectures nowadays, simplify and fix
     the way it is required and enabled:
     - enable the librados-dev build dependency only on the Ceph architectures,
       the current list of architectures is: amd64 arm64 loong64 ppc64el s390x
     - change ARCH_NORADOS to ARCH_RADOS in rules, setting it from the
       librados-dev architecture list in debian/control, and using it to enable
       the Ceph support
