WebKitGTK can no longer work on big-endian architectures as a result of an
upstream move from Cairo to Skia, as announced in
<https://lists.debian.org/debian-devel/2026/09/msg00139.html> and #1148038.

This package depends on swt4-gtk, which could in principle have only its
WebKitGTK-dependent binary package removed from s390x (#1148244) but
there doesn't appear to have been any progress towards this. As a result
I'm now suggesting that the packages that depend on swt4-gtk are removed
from s390x; this would temporarily reduce the range of available GUI
packages on s390x, but they can come back in the next upload if #1148244
is fixed, and s390x mainframes are not really a platform where it makes
sense to run GUIs anyway.
