Bug#1150064: wrong binary package name for ABI 5

prrte 5.0.0~rc1-1 generates shared library
/usr/lib/*/libprrte.so.5
 
i.e. ABI 5 not 4 
(SONAME libprrte.so.5)

For consistency the name of the binary package should therefore be
updated to libprrte5 instead of libprrte4.
