Hi,

The upstream fix for Debian bug #1148010 has been merged into the pandas 
main branch.
Will ship in: pandas 3.2.0 (currently in development on main)

The patch debian/patches/1148010_skiprow_type.patch can be dropped once 
Debian upgrades to pandas ≥ 3.2.0.
