     header.
   * Work around broken CGAL::Segment_tree_1::make_tree in CGAL 6.x.

   * Update upstream URLs to saramito.artliba.org.
   * Switch d/watch to version 5 format and new upstream location.
   * Apply cme fix dpkg: bump debhelper compat to 14, Standards-Version
     to 4.7.4, drop obsolete Breaks/Replaces, rename obsolete lintian
     tag.
   * Remove duplicate lintian overrides.
   * Add descriptions to quilt patches.
   * d/copyright: fix license of main sources (GPL-2+), add stanzas for
     autotools, bison and GFDL files, update FSF address.
   * d/salsa-ci.yml: enable license reconciliation.
   * Add autopkgtest building and running a small Poisson solver.
