Hi Alastair,

atlas-ecmwf currently can't migrate to testing because it is not
reproducible:

https://qa.debian.org/excuses.php?package=atlas-ecmwf

Specifically libatlas-ecmwf-dev captures the current kernel uname:

│ │ ├── ./usr/include/aarch64-linux-gnu/atlas/atlas_ecbuild_config.h
│ │ │ -#define ATLAS_OS_NAME "Linux-6.12.74+deb13+1-arm64"
│ │ │ +#define ATLAS_OS_NAME "Linux-6.12.74+deb13+1-cloud-arm64"

Can you please fix this?

There is also a diff in libatlas-ecmwf0d but it looks not as easy to fix
so maybe ask the release team for a migration hint afterwards.

Cheers Jochen
