The uploader rejected this upload in response to the automated (LLM) review of it, so that they can fix the problems it found and upload again.

The uploader said:

I (RL) am rejecting this upload. The maintainer's explanation is as follows:

The optional adapters use libQD3: https://github.com/nakatamaho/libQD3

This is Maho Nakata's fork of https://github.com/BL-highprecision/QD, intended as an extended, backward-compatible implementation. However, it currently conflicts with QD in its installed file layout, and Debian's libqd-dev does not provide all the extended headers required by these adapters.

For the initial upload of gmpfrxx-mkii, the libQD3-dependent adapter headers will be exluded from the Debian binary package, while retaining them upstream. They are not needed for the current MPFR backend.

What to do next:

Unless the review says otherwise, this is a request for changes to this
upload and not a rejection of the package itself. Please fix the points
raised and upload again in the usual way, saying in the changelog what
has changed. The reviewer is told when a package they have reviewed is
uploaded again, and will normally look at it ahead of the rest of their
queue.

If anything in the review is unclear, or you believe it is mistaken,
please reply to this email. Your reply goes to the reviewer, and that is
the normal first step.
