It looks like this will be able to migrate to testing when...

- i386 catches up on debci (there's still about 18 packages that still
   haven't been retested since python3-defaults migrated)

- klepto migrates (I just uploaded to fix its tests to not fail on
   stderr, since there is stderr noise about the HDF5 library version
   skew)

The one remaining package with failures is pymatgen which has test 
failures, but these also look to not have been retried since 
python3-defaults migrated... fingers crossed that they actually get run 
some time and pass.
