Bug#1140247: deal.ii: FTBFS: fatal: base/CMakeFiles/object_base_debug.dir/quadrature_lib.cc.o:(.debug_gdb_scripts): string is not null terminated

Control: reassign -2 mold
Control: retitle -2 "mold: linker error on deal.ii -  string is not null terminated"

It seems that "mold" is causing this issue. When switching back to the
normal linker, the package builds.

I'm cloning this bug and assign the cloned one to mold,
The fix for deal.ii will be to drop the B-D on mold for the moment.
