Dear Maintainer,

In version 1.18.0 of dh-octave, which is now in unstable, the dh_octave_substvar script was renamed dh_octave_substvars. The former script is still included in dh-octave, but it has been deprecated and will eventually be removed.

Please, adjust the package accordingly.
