You will get more verbose hints how to do this when trying<br>

Here are some hints:<br>

1. Just download ignition_logo.svg put it somewhere under<br>
debian/ and install it next to the documentation. Than<br>
you can use a relative local link inside header.html.<br>
2. May be a similar approach is usefill for the googleapis icon.<br>
3. For css files this might work as well but regarding doxygen.css<br>
there might be a Debian packaged copy you could use via the<br>
apropriate Depends and a file:///... URL to this file<br>
4. How to replace mathjax is explained by lintian.<br>
