[Debian-science-sagemath] Possible fix for fplll/fpylll issue with default strategy path

Ah, no I forgot about that. But maybe we can keep it in deb-sci-sage for now, and then upload it when sagemath itself is ready - I think it's very close to being ready to go into unstable, after cypari2 gets out of NEW. Or upload them to experimental now, up to you.
