[Debian-science-sagemath] 7.6 removed from testing, 8.0 ready to upload

In my excitement I uploaded cypari2 to experimental but fplll to unstable. I forgot that fplll has 2 build-dependants and they will need to be rebuilt, sorry about that. But you are the maintainer of both of them (gap-float, sollya) so you could ask for the necessary binNMUs, or just do source uploads for them.

As for fpylll I also jumped in ahead and uploaded it to experimental. Sorry in case you wanted to handle it, I thought I could "do everything at once" tonight, but I was wrong. You could upload it again to unstable, when you get around to taking care of the above things too. cysignals 1.6.5 is already in unstable, I'm not sure why you mentioned it...

I've also uploaded givaro to experimental. This has 1 build-dependant (linbox) besides sagemath but it seems like it doesn't need to be rebuild - and I used it fine before, to build+test sagemath 8.0-0~sage1, with a new givaro.

I'll upload sagemath to experimental (soon) when these things get built by the buildds, then we can upload everything to unstable on Friday (or whenever you are free). Summary:

experimental -> unstable:
- brial 0.8.7
- cypari2 1.0.0
- givaro 4.0.2-8
  - (linbox) - probably not needed; but I'll let Julien decide this
- fplll's dependants (fplll itself already in unstable)
  - fpylll 0.2.4
  - gap-float
  - sollya
- pynac 0.7.8
  - 0.7.10 is in git but I think it would be safer to stick with 0.7.8 for now
  - there are no other dependants apart from sagemath
- sagemath 8.0

(I have already done the following, just now:)

experimental -> unstable:
- fplll 5.1.0-3
- ipywidgets 6.0.0-2
- sagenb-export 3.2-2
new versions in experimental:
- cypari2 1.0.0
- givaro 4.0.2-7
- fpylll 0.2.4
